Importing old ue4 metahumans to ue5 seems to work but its a hassle to get them working again. 6-8 core CPU and a modern GPU is also a must imo, which these models seem to have (5600H/5800H AMD cpu and 3050/3050ti nvidia gpu) But these gpus (even though they are the latest gen) have 4GB memory, so I am not sure how your performance will be.
